Screening for Plagiarism


Fides Law Review adheres to the international policies against plagiarism. Fides Law Review is uses CrossCheck platform and Intihal.net for plagiarism detection, including Turnitin.

Edited articles are scanned with the specified software before they are sent to the referees and the articles is checked for compliance with international standards in terms of similarity. Principally, the similarity rate of the works should not exceed 30% and the single source similarity rate should not exceed 5%. If the aforementioned ratio is above the specified criteria, the relevant work will not be sent to the referees and will be returned to the responsible author.
